Christianity , Guiltianity, or Controllianity?

I write this in anguish of spirit. I have lived my whole adult life in a very religious, what I would now call “legalistic, controlling, guilt filled, suppressed, yet full of pride and hypocrisy, groping around desperately trying to find a fulfilled, meaningful life.
