Spamming the site with threats and libel

Libelous and threatening postings to a website can be prosecuted. Slander, libel, and defamation of character are punishable by a fine of up to $100,000.
Definition of defamation:
1) The comment must be a false statement
2) The comment is understood to be intended against another person, business, or product
3) The comment is verbalized or written to at least one other person
4) The comment is understood to damage another person’s reputation
It is Defamation of Character if the statements are meant with the intention of injuring the reputation of someone else.
Libel is a written defamatory statement, while slander is a spoken defamatory statement.
